The past four years have been particularly transformative for Jason and his wife, Lisa Mackey, who have poured their hearts into raising their current team of dogs. Jason’s participation in the Yukon Quest Alaska 550-Mile Race will serve as an essential training run for the Iditarod. His personal goal for the race is clear: to improve upon his 8th place finish in last year’s YQA 300-Mile Race.
